The Boca Alameda property, nestled in Mexico City’s historic center, is slated for redevelopment into a boutique hospitality mixed-use building, which will consist of 89 hotel rooms and 500 SQM of retail/restaurant space. To preserve the history of the 16th-century structure, significant parts of the original building will be restored to their former glory. The building has prominent frontage onto Parque Alameda, the first park built in the Americas, and is just a 5-minute walk away from the iconic Palacio de Bellas Artes and some of the most visited tourist destinations in Mexico City.
