ICM Delivers Build-to-Suit Logistics Facility for Mabe in Mexico

Industrial logistics facility developed by ICM Property Group for Mabe in Jalisco Mexico at Santa Rosa Industrial Park

(Jalisco, Mexico – April 2026) ICM Property Group (“ICM”) is pleased to announce the successful delivery of a purpose-built logistics facility for Controladora Mabe (“Mabe”), a leading global appliance manufacturer with a meaningful presence across Latin America and international export markets.

Located within Santa Rosa Industrial Park (Phase II), one of the most dynamic logistics corridors in the Guadalajara/Jalisco region, the facility comprises approximately 500,000 square feet and representsthe largest building within the park and one of the most notable logistics assets in the local market.

The project was developed and delivered by ICM Property Group, in partnership with Kampus Desarrollos, combining institutional development expertise with local market execution.

Delivered as a fully customized build-to-suit solution, the asset will operate as a major distribution center supporting Mabe’s appliance logistics across central Mexico, with additional volume serving international export markets.

The project was designed to support high-volume distribution, with modern logistics infrastructure and strategic connectivity to key transportation routes.

“This project demonstrates our ability to execute at scale and deliver tailored solutions for leading global occupiers,” said Oscar Portillo, Principal and Director of Investments for ICM’s Asset Management team in Mexico. “We continue to see strong demand for high-quality industrial space in well-located logistics corridors across Mexico.”

Delivered in March, the project marks a key milestone in the continued development of Santa Rosa Industrial Park and reinforces the park’s position as a premier logistics hub in the region.
