Jefferson Plaza earns ENERGY STAR® Certification
(Atlanta, Georgia – April 2026) ICM Property Group (“ICM”) is pleased to announce that Jefferson Plaza, a 118,577 square foot income-producing multi-tenant office building within its U.S. real estate portfolio and located in Atlanta, Georgia, has earned the 2026 ENERGY STAR® certification.
Based on the Energy Star rating system, the building achieved a score of 81, which in Energy Star parlance means it performs more efficiently than 81% of comparable buildings nationwide.

ENERGY STAR® certification is a recognized benchmark for building performance, awarded to properties that meet strict standards for energy use and operational management.
This achievement reflects the ongoing efforts of the on-site engineering and property management teams, supported by ICM’s hands-on asset management approach, which collectively are focused on actively monitoring building systems, optimizing performance, and implementing efficiency improvements over time to enhance value.
