Solar Power
Solar power offers a compelling combination of financial and environmental benefits, including cost savings, energy independence, government incentives and more. With solar panels installed on ICM’s recent developments and more planned for the future, we’ve only just begun to tap into solar’s advantages.
Energy Monitoring
ICM has invested in its properties with modern energy management systems to minimize our climate impact. ICM continues to partner with its tenants to track, analyze and better manage energy usage and consumption across all ICM properties. The targeted efficiency improvements should benefit all involved.
Air Purification
In older buildings we’ve installed new infrared LED purification systems that significantly improve air quality, while our new developments boast state-of-the-art HVAC systems with advanced filtration technology that promotes respiratory health by eliminating dust, allergens, and pollutants.
WELL and LEED Ratings
Community Involvement
We support and are involved with exceptional charities doing desperately needed work in critical areas such as stopping the cycle of child poverty, children’s mental health, kids’ cancer programs, and hunger. Investing in our community pays dividends for everyone.
